All orders over $50 receive FREE SHIPPING within Australia.
Shipping for orders under $50 is only $5.95.
International Shipping is $42 which includes a registered parcel with a tracking number.
Prairie Lane uses Australia Post and FastWay Couriers to deliver all our parcels with a Tracking ID supplied by email.

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours if placed on a business day. Delivery to all areas in Australia is within 2-7 Business Days.
These delivery times are an estimate only as we use a third party supplier for all deliveries and as such Prairie Lane cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
We will email you a tracking ID as soon as your parcel has been posted so that you are able to track your order.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Prairie Lane strives to provide you with products that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy due to the size, colour, or the product just isn’t how you expected then please contact us and we will exchange the item, or provide you with a store credit or refund, providing the item was not on sale at the time of purchase. If you elect a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount if you received free shipping for your order.
Sale items are able to be exchanged and refunded, but the customer pays return postage both ways. If you elect a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount if you received free shipping for your order.
If for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged parcel (we take great care in providing you with a beautifully wrapped package!) please contact us so that we can discuss appropriate action.
If a product you would like is listed as “out of stock” please contact us and we will endeavour to order it for you or for you to be placed on a list to be one of the first to know when the item is back in stock. In the unlikely event that an item displayed becomes unavailable we will contact you within 48 hours to organize an alternative product, place the item on backorder for you or cancel the order and refund the unavailable item.
If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the garment is unworn and unwashed with tags and packaging intact.
To organize an exchange or refund you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.

Once you have notified us place the item in the mail and include a PRE PAID self addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the original. Please note you will not be reimbursed for the return shipping.
